Manage Petro is seeking a talented Intermediate+ Mobile Developer with at least 3+ years of developing apps using React Native. We are looking for an approved candidate to join us ASAP. The candidate will play a critical role in delivering and launching our product and will be joining a team of one other mobile app developer. This role reports directly to the CEO. The Ideal Candidate will have experience in an ever-changing start-up environment and understand the necessity to wear multiple hats. The role will entail a degree of autonomy, and the Candidate must launch multiple apps to the past.

Manage Petro is a Software development company established in 2008. Our current solution is a B2B SaaS in the Oil & Gas industry, and within the last three years, we have developed a mobile app for our clients to expand the system and the required technologies.

The Candidate who is joining this will join the current Mobile App Development team to understand the everyday functions of the mobile app and documentation. Our goal is that he/she helps us with bug fixes and the expansion of new functions. There are new versions of frameworks, and our app needs to be adapted to them. This position is full time, and you need to have access to Mac for iOS development on iPads. You will start remotely due to COVID, but after the COVID restriction, we expect you to join us daily in our North Vancouver office.

Who You Are:

3 to 5 years of experiences in:

  • React Native , Realm , Redux , React Navigation
  • Xcode, TestFlight
  • Sentry , IoT with BLE and HTTP
  • Axios, REST APIs, Postman
  • Git

What You’ll Do:

  • Learning the current system and understanding the existing code
  • Bug fixes, testing, and expanding new functions
  • API integration in RESTful architecture
  • Communication and collaboration with SaaS backend developers and QA teams
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
  • Being able to work independently and self-organized
  • Commit code to Git and Deployment to Test Flight for system testers/users
  • Joining meetings with clients, it occasionally involves paid local or distance trips too!
  • Work on a tight schedule and deadlines to get us to our target launch date, multiple tasks and keep them all under control
  • Passionate about technology and learning new techniques

Our product, www.ManagePetro.com, is a B2B back-office SaaS application for Fuel Delivery Management based on Symfony framework.

Responsibilities:

  • Working all on our SaaS platform.
  • Develop and expand features and products using a variety of Symfony programming
  • Review project requirements and write technical specifications
  • Debug and fix errors refactor existing code
  • Document code development

Qualifications:
